How to print on different paper size?
Place the paper of the desired size into the printer’s input tray. Adjust the paper guides to fit the new size snugly to avoid misalignment. Adjust the document settings and configure the printer settings on the driver or app to confirm paper‘s size.
Why is the printer printing blank papers?
The most common reason is the paper is installed incorrectly. Make sure the front side faces up.
I have installed the driver, but why am I still unable to print from my computer?
